We admit up front, we feel this title is redundant. Every campaign is a “project” and every project is a “campaign”. At least, that’s how we see it at OnSight. Sometimes there are candidates running for office. Other times there is an issue that the electorate should take the lead on. Occasionally there is an issue and a candidate who need to share a stage. Every time, though, there is a need for deadline-oriented preparation and a team-oriented approach.
Our team has extensive experience managing each aspect of a complicated campaign (project). Strategic planning, fundraising, message development, and logistical preparation are among our available skills.
And, we’ll be right up front and with you: we don’t believe any one person has all of the answers or solutions. In other words… there still isn’t an “I” in “team.”

If you delve into our team’s history you’ll find a wide variety of skills and experiences. Combined, we are musicians, travelers, eagle scouts, reporters, and mountain bikers. Individually though, we are all experienced campaign staffers.
On a campaign, every hour of every day is spent planning an event, building a crowd, delivering a message, and managing a budget. This training has given each of us a devout love for that moment after the last person has left when we are able to acknowledge a wildly successful event from every perspective.
